What is settled Law

For now, the law is still in effect. We don’t know why this was leaked or by whom. So, assuming that this is going to happen as written. This is an attack on woman and their rights under the constitution. Roe V Wade was/is settled law. Overturning is all about activist judges, something the right complains about yet encourages for their own purpose. In fact, all three of the appointees by the prior administration lied under oath that they would uphold Roe under the settled law doctrine. But this is looking more like lying of convenience.

As a member of the general assembly, I would do everything I can to preserve a woman's right to make her own decisions. I would fight to stop State Senate Bill SB 956, which would change the Pennsylvania constitution and ban abortions in all cases, including rape and incest. This is becoming a never-ending story of our eroding rights and not just for woman. We must fight for our rights and balance under the constitution of the United States of America. A fight I am more than willing to take on. Turning Pennsylvania Blue and moving Pennsylvania forward.
